Privacy Policy

SpeakTrack is operated by Fabio Marques Company Corp (d/b/a Fabio Marques Company), 4830 W Kennedy Blvd, Suite 600, Tampa, FL 33609, United States. In this policy, “we” means that company and “you” means the speaker using SpeakTrack.

The short version. We store what you put into SpeakTrack so we can show it back to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to advertise to you, and you can export or erase it whenever you want.

1. What you give us about yourself

When you create an account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email and profile picture; we never see your Google password.

When you complete your speaker profile, all of it optional: professional name, headline, short bio, website, and a headshot you upload.

We do not ask for your age, income, job title or postal code, and we do not collect payment details, because SpeakTrack is free during beta.

2. What you put in about other people

This is the part that matters most, so it is worth being exact.

When you record an engagement you may enter your client’s organization, industry and website, and up to five contacts with their name, email address, mobile number and role. You may log interactions with notes. You may add travel expenses and upload receipts. When you send an organizer a feedback link, that organizer submits their name, role, company, a rating and a written testimonial.

Those people did not sign up for SpeakTrack. You decide what to enter about them and you remain responsible for having a proper basis to hold it. We store it on your behalf, use it only to run the service for you, and never contact those people ourselves except to deliver the feedback form you sent them. Under data-protection law this makes you the controller and us the processor.

3. What we collect automatically

Standard server and security logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, kept for a limited period to keep the service running and to investigate abuse. We use cookies and similar storage only to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

4. Who else touches your data

• Base44 hosts the application, the database and the sign-in system.
• Google handles sign-in if you choose that option.
• An AI provider processes two things: the city and country of a destination when you request Travel Tips, and — only when you open the AI Assistant and ask it something — your engagement, expense, interaction and feedback records, so it can answer. Your data is not used to train that provider’s public models.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone. We share information outside these providers only when the law requires it, and we will tell you if that happens unless we are legally barred from doing so.

5. Email we send you

Service email — password resets, security notices, anything needed to operate your account — comes with the service. Product-update email is off by default and only arrives if you switch it on in Settings. You can switch it off in the same place at any time.

6. Your choices

You can view and correct everything in your profile from Settings. You can export your engagement and expense data. You can erase all of your data from Settings, and you can ask us to close your account entirely by emailing service@fabiomarques.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a US state with its own privacy law, you also have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, and to object to certain processing. Write to service@fabiomarques.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. How long we keep things

Your records stay while your account is open, because the point of the product is your history. When you erase your data it is removed from the live service promptly and from routine backups within 30 days. Server logs are kept for a short operating period and then discarded.

8. Where your data lives

SpeakTrack is operated from the United States and your data is stored there. If you are outside the United States, using SpeakTrack means your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Security

Access to your records is restricted to your own account. Connections are encrypted in transit. No service can promise perfect security, and we will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach puts personal data at risk.

10. Children

SpeakTrack is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to service@fabiomarques.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for any change that materially affects your rights, notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
